Fire Extinguisher Automatic Filling and Assembling Line invented by our company adopts high precision sensor and programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for control, assuring big capacity and precision production. Our automatic line adopts advanced mechanical technology and Germany or American machine components, assuring long period of using life. 

The running of all the work stations and the cooperate between work stations is driven by air pressure. The product line adopts the advanced technology of optics, engine, electricity and air, achieving the high automatic feature. 

Our automatic line includes powder tank station, fast filling station, precision filling station, vibration station, valve screwing station, overturn station, pressurizing station, water leak test station.
